Our Performance Girls Program is built for ambitious players who are ready to compete, develop, and prepare for the next level. Competing on the highly competitive USYS National League Club Tier platform (now ECNL Conference League), our teams face top opposition while gaining meaningful exposure in a structured, performance-driven environment.
With the new league structure the teams now have the opportunity to play within the ECNL umbrella, meaning that qualification through the existing National League platform would qualify for ECNL Playoffs.
With professional coaching, college recruitment guidance, and a clear developmental pathway, our Performance program has become a proven route to the next level with over 200 Team Chicago players recruited to play college soccer. Players can then continue their journey with us throughout their college careers via our pre-professional pathway in the United Women's Soccer (UWS), allowing them to train and compete at a high level during the summer while preparing for the next step in the game.
