In the FUTURES PROGRAM (Game Development Phase) we build upon the technical skills honed in the ACADEMY PROGRAM (Development Phase). Here, we transition from individual skill refinement to implementing strategic game concepts. While continuing to enhance players' abilities to outperform opponents in one-on-one situations, we now emphasize the application of teamwork principles.
